Q.1 The list of teachers on the website has no email address – would it be possible to add email addresses?
A.1 If you want to contact staff by email please use:

. Some staff may choose on receipt of your email to pass you theirs.
Q.2 In the event that a teacher does not want to release their email address can we assume that all teachers are accessible to parents?
A.2 Yes see A1.
Q.3 Can there be a call back policy that commits teachers to calling back parents or emailing them within say 72 hours? (expecting a much shorter time scale in the case of bullying).
A.3 We are currently exploring a system for this.
Q.4 If a message is passed on from one tutor to another can the first tutor email parents to say who is handling it so they can track it and not waste admin staffs time?
A.4 This issue is being addressed as a part of A3.
Q.5 If a member of staff does not return that call then who in the next level of the school should the question go to?
A.5 The Form Tutor is the first point of reference. Where they are the perceived blockage please speak to the Director of House.
Q.6 Can girls wear long black boots in winter?
A.6 No. Uniform details can be found under the ‘parents’ tab on the website.
Q.7 What is procedure for bringing legal medicines in to school? (e.g. paracetamol) Do students carry them around?
A.7 Students must bring their medication into school in a clearly labelled container and hand them in to the Medical Administrator in the general office. These will be locked away and students must report to the general office when they need to take their medication.
