The Warriner School

Sixth Form Nativity Scene

Sixth Form Nativity Scene

On Friday 16th December 2016, the last day of term, eight Sixth Form students paraded a pair of donkeys and calves through the school to spread the festive cheer.

Starting from the farm, we walked the animals in full nativity costume towards the Headteacher's office, stopping outside to play Christmas carols and to allow the teachers to take photos and see the animals.  Dr Kay was very happy.

We moved onwards with our festive pilgrimage past the English block and to meet a delighted audience outside the Sixth Form.  Miss Buckenham came out to meet us along with many of the students.

After allowing the animals to relieve themselves, have a drink and allow one of the calves to have a little run, we finished our pilgimage back to the farm.  Great fun was had by all.
