A very impressive performance at Tudor Hall School on 26th January.
The Sixth Form Debate Team competed at Tudor Hall this week in a series of very challenging debates designed to mark Holocaust Memorial Day. The students tackled motions such as: 'This house believes religion causes more harm than good', and: 'This house believes Holocaust denial should never be permitted'. These debates were tough and the students were outstanding in their attitude, presentation and teamwork. The team took first place with special mentions for exemplary speaking going to both Kit Lamb (Year 13) and Head Boy, Will Thompson (Year 13). The debate team has been thriving since the start of the year and are looking forward to competing again soon.
