Admissions arrangements 2023/24 Consultation

The Warriner School is consulting on changes to its oversubscription criteria for external students for entry into the sixth form. 

The proposed oversubscription criteria for entry into the sixth form for external students is;

  1. Looked after children and all previously looked after children, including those children who appear (to the admission authority) to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted 
  2. Students who have a sibling on roll at The Warriner School at the date of application who is likely to remain on roll at the date of admission. 
  3. Students who live closest to the school, measured in a straight line, as defined on the LA’s Geographical Information system
