For safeguarding reasons all students wishing to use the Library for any period of time after school MUST be booked into Homework Club.

Homework Club runs on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:10 to 16:20. Collection time - to ensure your child's safety please give details of the time(s) your child will be leaving Homework Club.*

By submitting this form I understand that:
1. There is no late school transport available and students should be collected or walk/cycle home locally by 16:20.
2. Attendance at Homework Club is for the purpose of quiet study and any student causing a disruption or preventing others from working will be either isolated or removed from the club and require collection.
